"Check in communication was great and it was easy to park the car.Due to recent snow fall it was possible to ski in and out which was a bonus. Unfortunately on arrival we found that the previous guests had left parts of the apartment uncleaned and the concierge had missed this. When making the bed upstairs I found biscuit wrappers and crumbs, dust and hair. More attention to detail is required. We contacted the host who was very apologetic. "We had a wonderful time at the apartment. We were 4 families with 5 kids – we had plenty of room and seating. We loved the large dining table and sofas. Being in the center of the little town was perfect. We had a lovely bakery, restaurants and a pharmacy just across the street. We would happily stay again. Thank you!"
