"Nice property with excellent location. Front desk staff was wonderful, but the staff at the restaurant and bar was a whole different experience, we gave them two tries also. Our waiters both times (different person) was crass and not warm or welcoming at all, also food was just ok, and my steak was cold and when I tried to tell them it was met with impassive attitude, so I just left at that. Bar cocktails were excellent. Also the lounge and bar which are super cozy and comfortable were closed...

"This was not our first time staying at this wonderful hotel. From the checking in it was just a fantastic experience. I traveled with my mother, booking a room for each of us. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious our rooms were, and the fact that our doors just faced each other. "Nice clean hotel and the bathrooms are pretty cool, cut into the side of the hill. Three sides of the bathroom are slate. The 1 bedroom apartment is very spacious. It has a bedroom, sitting room and bathroom with jacuzzi and shower on one side. The other side has a small kitchen/living room and another full bathroom. You can easily have a family there for an extended stay comfortably. It's 1 block from Malastranska metro and tram line. Very convenient location. The breakfast was good and...
