"Beautiful warm lobby area where the staff will serve you free coffee, wine, Prosecco or beer. The staff cannot do enough for you when we checked in we asked for an iron and ironing board as these aren’t supplied as standard and by the time we got to the room it was already there. We stayed in one of the duplex suites which was really spacious and airy with plenty of space to hang clothes (a wardrobe downstairs and upstairs in the bedroom), comfortable sofa beautiful bathrooms x 2 and a really comfortable bed with high quality linen. The bathroom was also well stocked with luxurious shower gel shampoo and hand/body cream. The breakfast in the cafe attached to the hotel was excellent with an extensive array of pastries, fruit, breads and cheese as well as hot food - only slight irritation is the toaster takes forever!!! The staff also serve you with barista coffees of your choice. Easy access perfectly placed to get to old town only a ten minute safe and pleasant walk and new town is on the doorstep with a 60 second walk to the river. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Prague and it really is excellent value for money."

"Good location and room was very clean. There was a stain on the pillow cover but I didn't sleep on that side. Breakfast was great selection and warm food was appreciated. Staff at breakfast were attentive. I would stay here again. Good price for the room and what you get. The shower place to stand is however quite small. I am over over 6ft and it was quite awkward however at times. The ceiling is very low above the shower. Shower pressure was good, which is appreciated."
