"Nice property with excellent location. Front desk staff was wonderful, but the staff at the restaurant and bar was a whole different experience, we gave them two tries also. Our waiters both times (different person) was crass and not warm or welcoming at all, also food was just ok, and my steak was cold and when I tried to tell them it was met with impassive attitude, so I just left at that. Bar cocktails were excellent. Also the lounge and bar which are super cozy and comfortable were closed...

"Everything about the hotel was perfect from the wonderful room to the staff who couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with an amazing selection of cereals, fruit pastries and hot cooked food as well. The reception staff were able to give us great information about the trams and there was a stop within a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommended."
