"Love this hotel who did everything they could to make it a comfortable stay. Renovations now complete and it has added to the experience. We unfortunately arrived just after the earthquake struck Bangkok so check in was delayed as hotel had been evacuated. Not the hotels fault. "

"Can't say enough about our time at the Siam. It was like going back in time to a more gentile period. Arriving at the hotel made me think of what the estate of a Hong in the 19th century would look like. The hotel is decorated with tasteful art and collectibles of museum quality. The grounds are beautiful, the staff impeccable and having a beautiful boat to shuttle you to all the historical sites and restaurants on the river was the icing on the cake. 5 star property and customer service in the heart

"I have been coming to Grand Center Point Sukhumvit 55 for close to a decade, but primarily for the Let’s Relax Onsen and Spa located inside the hotel. During our honeymoon, we started and ended our trip staying at the hotel, and I’m now a customer for life. This place feels like a luxurious home away from home. The rooms are spacious and well kept, and quite well priced for what you get. The pool, fitness center, and property grounds and finishings are gorgeous. The location is unbeatable, and they offer a consistent shuttle to Thonglor BTS. The staff is immensely helpful from coordinating transportation to offering late checkout when possible. When we began the trip I accidentally left a few items in the room and when we returned at the end they had them neatly bagged and labeled for pickup. Prompt and friendly communication throughout. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and their staff. Highly recommend."
