"It was a nice hotel. Very busy due to lots of conferences and there were really long queues at reception. Room was nice, great shower, bed comfy and all very clean. There wasn't enough tea and coffee and it didn't get refilled when the room was cleaned. Good location with the U-bahn and trams nearby. The spa isn't part of the hotel, it is a business next door and guests get a discount. We didn't get a chance to go though as there was so much to see in Berlin. "Had a really excellent 2-night stay. Nestled quietly inside a green courtyard (which makes the entrance initially a bit difficult to locate). Very cozy and elegant inside, with pleasant, comfortable rooms and 24h reception. Two bars and a wellness area, though unfortunately I did not visit. For the price, I would expect something much less. Will definitely stay again."
