"My stay at Scandic exceeded all expectations. The hotel is clean, quiet, and conveniently located near the U and S trains. The staff were exceptional; communication was seamless, and their service was incredibly accommodating. Cameron, who checked me in, was both kind and understanding. Since my room was ready ahead of time, I was able to check in early, drop off my luggage, and explore the city right away. One evening, my ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign was misplaced in the hallway, but the staff quickly provided a replacement, even late at night (around 10 pm). I truly appreciate the hospitality and comfort during my stay, and I will definitely return the next time I’m in Berlin!"

"One night stay with family while travelling through Germany. This hotel is bang in the middle of what I needed to be fair. Everything was on our doorstep. The reception area seemed very chaotic as it was very busy but we breezed through checkin. Room was a decent size and clean. "

"We had a great stay, the hotel is a two minute walk next to the train station in a nice and quiet area, while also within walking distance of all the main attractions especially the Reichstag Building and Brandenberg Gate. Staff are very friendly, friendly, polite and welcoming.
