"Everything was wonderful!! The only complaint I had was tipping at breakfast was highly encouraged and it’s a buffet breakfast. I had taken cash for tipping and when I left a $5 cash tip the first morning, the waitress was rude so I didn’t tip anymore. They didn’t do anything except clean the tables. They do not wait on you so I felt that tipping was unnecessary. "

"Love this property and loved our room and location. My go to when traveling to Aruba. Beautiful beach and a lot of variety for eating at the property. Nightly entertainment was good. Restuarant choice excellent and not too hard to get a reservation. Relaxing and very little interaction with any staff other than in the restaurants. Always had a place to sit at the pool and bars had many options. I would recommend this to property. "

"1 night stopover on night before flying out of Aruba to return to the U.S. Hotel is right next to the Aruba airport so convenient and easy to walk to check-in area, no need for taxis. Staff is warm and friendly. Room was clean, quiet and well-maintained. Breakfast is included in stay. Pool was very nice but not enough lounge chairs to move into the shade if sitting there for a period of time. The only thing to be aware of is that other than a small restaurant as part of the hotel, there is nowhere to eat around there, We took a taxi into town for dinner and it was $25 each way. "

"The RIU palace Aruba was beautiful and well kept. I had excellent service and the view from my room was heavenly. I definitely plan on vacationing there again."

"Awesome hotel without the crowds. The staff was well trained, friendly and accommodating. Beautiful pools and extra special hot tub. Champagne when you arrive. We had a one bedroom suite facing the pool that was so comfortable and spacious. Plenty of food options at the hotel and in the area. Walk 5 minutes to the beach or take the free shuttle. Try the Club house bar up the stairs at Moomba beach. Fresh catch fish dinner for $25. We ate there 3 times. Would stay here again on our next trip to Aruba. "

"The property was absolutely beautiful. The walkout ocean room was breathtaking. We were lucky to have a room that had sandy beaches. Some of the rooms walk out to rocky beaches, which would have made for a lesser experience in my opinion. Rooms were nice. We had a minor slow drain in the bathroom and maintenance was there in a flash to fix it. Staff was SOOO beyond friendly. We brought out one year old toddler and they were so receptive of him, and interacted with him during every dining experience. Reservations were a bit difficult. Have to be quick to reserve and if you have a large party (4 people), times and locations may be limited. We were often limited to 5pm/5:30pm or after 8pm for dinner, unless we broke up our group into pairs. Overall this was a wonderful experience and we could envision ourselves going back!"

"The staff was very friendly and would do anything for you. Amenities were excellent! A minor complaint is having to play the towel game with the palapa and pools starting at 4am. Guessing this is the norm with many resorts. Breakfast was good with large portions but could have been warmer. We plan on returning next year. "
