"Very rustic. No hot wster. Very responsive staff. Self service breakfast. Clean rooms and kitchen. Guest leftovers ( chairs, backgammon sets, kayaks )can be broken, dirty. The setting is nice and quiet. Very small grounds. If other guests have habits you may not like its hard to get away onnthe property. Restaurant attached is noisy, ovrrpriced and overrated. Walk to zeeovers! "

"The only two issues that we had were there was no hot water in the shower and the tv remote did not work, I was told someone would bring me one but that never happened. Overall great place!"

"Unique experience in converted shipping containers. The place is clean but could use some additional maintenance. The room itself did not have hot water, showers are solar heated, i.e. lukewarm at best. The grounds are a work in progress, the caretakers are busy working but looks like it'll be a while before everything is updated. Hotel Riu Palace Antillas - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Amazing property overall. I would definitely stay there again. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the food was amazing everywhere we went, excursions were worth it.. it was a great experience. Some minor cons: - the hallway to our room smelled really bad. - there is a motion sensor light in the bathroom of our room. It would turn off after about 10 seconds of being “still” (sometimes it wouldn’t register a movement). And then it would turn back on after it sensed movement again. It was very annoying, especially at night, to have it constantly turning on and off whenever you do anything in the bathroom. Plus it made a ticking sound every time it turned on or off. - the check in process took a very long time. The staff was still friendly and the free champagne helped, but it still took too long. - the spa was closed (due to renovations). Not a huge deal, but our online reservation did not register when we tried to book something for it. We had to talk with a representative and then go to the sister hotel to ensure our appointment was booked. - towels smelled kind of old and musty. "

"This was our third consecutive time staying at Radisson Blu Aruba and this time around, RBA did not disappoint. Excellent service, consistency overall atmosphere. We have 2 small children and they love staying at RBA. What makes great stays is the people behind it. There are two employees that make our stays special: Nelsa from housekeeping was amazing, she went above and beyond and our room was spotless with little details that made kids feel special, making sure their stuffed toys were on their bed etc. Santos at the front door and beach shuttle always makes our visits special and kids insisted on taking pictures with Santos. he really came through with arranging transportation to the airport when our airport shuttle was cancelled last minute. Great stay, again :) !! "
