"For such a cheap price, the accommodation is quite decent. Close to the beach and mini markets. The kitchen is equipped, but the are not many dishes. The stove works poorly, although it is possible to prepare a quick meal. We liked the warm tub. "

"Villa is right next to the Spanish Lagoon in a residential neighborhood. The property has a wall with a gate around it. The landscaping and plants are beautiful and well maintained. It would be best to have a rental car if you stay here, as it’s not in the tourist area. The villa shares a large parking lot with the marina on the lagoon. "When we arrived we were shocked with the location. We felt we were misled. The taxi driver had trouble finding the property even with his GPS. After 20 minutes going around we finally found it. We were lead to believe this was a property with villas. You labeled it as a hotel when we booked, it's not. "The apartment is beautifully situated with great ocean and snorkeling access and a 2 minute walk to the beach! It was clean and beautiful, but the appliances could use some maintenance (the toilet runs and only one burner works on the stove.) John is a welcoming host and the use of the beach chairs and coolers was most welcome. Best to rent a car if you stay here, it has one fabulous restaurant around the corner but there isn’t much else nearby."
