We had a private room which was clean overall, however, our bedsheets were dirty. Upon request, they were replaced. The water temperature could not be regulated but as it was hot outside the temperature fit our needs. "Both phone numbers were out of service. Terrible customer service. Did not return money even under government state of emergency due to torrential rain and floods, warnings to stay home, and multiple deaths. I would not recommend this place. "
