Erstes Zimmer direkt an Baustelle durfte Wechseln Zimmermädchen keine 5 Sterne wert. Lage am Strand in tollem Garten. Musste leider als Alleinreisende vollen Preis wie ein Paar bezahlen. Kein Abzug bei all inklusive Preis Würde es nicht mehr buchen da zu teuer. Für Familie 300€ am Tag ok, aber nicht als Einzel Person. Pool Wasser wurde nach vielem Betrieb nicht mehr klar

Hotel bacana pelo custo benefício, senti falta de atividades para adultos, sinuca, totó, ou mesmo um campo, a melhor piscina disponível ficava próximo à área de petiscos e resolveram comecae uma obra justo durante nossa estadia, resultando em muito barulho durante o dia. Reservei 3 quartos com 3 diarias cada, porém devido a um problema de logística precisamos sair da hospedagem um dia antes do esperado.

Estadia na média! Ponto alto: localização privilegiada, pois está localizada nas piscinas naturais da praia do Cupe( águas mornas, bom para banhos). Ponto baixo: forte odor exalando do ralo do banheiro. Segundo alguns hóspedes, em vários quartos no térreo também estavam assim.

Gostei bastante do Hotel. Pontos positivos: Comida saborosa, bem temperada e com bastante opções. Petiscos gostosos na área da piscina. Bastante variedade de bebidas disponíveis 24h por dia. Praia linda na frente. Entretanto o mar é agitado, inclusive com bandeira vermelha. Se andar mais um pouco para a esquerda, formam piscinas naturais durante a maré baixa. Lindíssimo. Pontos negativos: A TV do nosso quarto só pegava 3 canais, nenhum infantil. Avisei a recepção mas não resolveram. O telefone do quarto não estava funcionando. As piscinas ficavam muito sujas, acho que deveriam limpar melhor e todos os dias. Faltou mais opção de carne vermelha grelhada, sem molho nas refeições. Criança geralmente não gosta muito de carne com molho. Mas no geral a estadia foi super agradável. Com certeza voltaria.

Hotel maravilhoso, com uma grande variedade de comidas e bebidas de boa qualidade! Funcionários muito simpaticos todos bem treinados ....menos um rapaz que ajudou no quiosque da piscina nos dias 14 e 15 de setembro um de cor mais branca ele tira sarro com os hospedes tentando ridiculatizar .Mais ja ee a segunda vez que estive nesse hotel e pela 2° vez recebi um upgrade de quarto !!!! Amo ❤️

Foram 5 diárias maravilhosas! Atendimento dos funcionários foi irretocavel, sempre gentis, prestativos e receptivos a apoiar da melhor forma. É meu Principal elogioaohotel Comida merece dias de elogio: deliciosa, tempero agradável e na medida e variedade excelente! Apresentação sempre impecável na limpeza e criatividade!! Petiscos variados e de excelente qualidade, turma do bar é show em simpatia e gentileza e ha opcoes de alimentação e bebidas 24 hrs. A equipe de recreação é muito simpatica e animada e ha atividades fisicas na agua, ioga, alongamento gratuitos para adultos. Alem disso, ha massagista e ela foi espetacular e tem preço normal e a equipe se fotos é animada, empenhada e bastante coerente nos precos e opções. Quanto a local, é perfeita, pois é pe na areia com mar com ondas a frente e apenas a uns 200 mts piscinas naturais onde os peixes praticamente estao na borda!! Um espetáculo da natureza e sem necessidade de pagar por trabsporte para ver. Vendedores locais muito educados e a turma das fotos aquaticas e experiência de mergulho na piscina natural muito educada e leve na abordagem. A praia ao redor é praticamente deserta, sem bares e restaurantes e a caminhada é um prazer a parte. Ha uma parte do lado oposto da piscina natural onde o mar é mais agitado e nesta epoca nao era conveniente usar, mas a parte das piscinas é bem extensa e ha muita area para lazer com criancas e idosos.
