Staff was amazing and extremely friendly and helpful! Loved the resort, the beach is the best for kids and grandparents.The food is very nice and prices for extras like wine bottles are actually cheap. Perfect resort for families.

It’s a very nice family hotel. You can choose from a pool or a calm beach just steps away. Excellent for kids and for the adults to recharge their batteries

We were here for just two nights. This is a family resort catered for families. That didn’t particularly bother us as a young couple but something to be aware of. We had a few issues. 1. We weren’t given a hotel room, instead a two bedroom apartment a few buildings down at the sister resort. They did move us upon request after the first night 2. The code for the apartment didn’t work. We had to wait an hour for someone to bring a ladder and climb through a window to get inside and reset the password 3. WiFi didn’t work in the apartment, had to wait an hour for someone to figure out what the password was 4. Had to wait 30 minutes at the towel stand for a towel because they ran out. I don’t understand how you run out of towels at a beach resort. Went to the front desk and they gave me one. 5. Hot water was not working in the apartment. 6. At 7 pm walked around trying to find somewhere to have a drink. The bar outside was closed and told me to go to the lobby bar. Lobby bar told me to go upstairs restaurant. Upstairs restaurant said they were closed. Pretty crazy to not be able to get a drink at 7 pm on vacation at a resort If you have kids, they’ll have fun. But if you don’t, stay somewhere nicer.

Very nice, but inquire about room layout.
The “Superior” room we rented had a queen bed and two singles side by side in the same room, which didn’t work for us as there was zero privacy. Paid extra for a much nicer unit with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room. Staff, food, pools, and beach were awesome. Had a kids show and many kids activities. It was a very nice place.

The pool area, food and beach with the reef in front makes such a relaxing environment. The road leading to the resort is in poor condition and traffic jams up. They appear to be working on it, so this may only be a problem for a few more weeks.

Hospedagem maravilhosa
O Resort possui boa infraestrutura. Minha hospedagem foi de meia pensão e, tanto o café da manhã como o jantar foram de boa qualidade e variedade. O clima é agradável. Tive apenas um pequeno contratempo no check-in. O Resort oferece alguns mimos que abrilhantam a experiência do hóspede.

Bom, mas precisa melhorar a gastronomia.
O hotel fica em uma praia excelente para crianças. A estrutura do hotel é boa. Contudo, a parte da gastronomia tem que ser aprimorada. O sistema meia-pensão ( café e jantar) não funciona bem, pois não há nenhum restaurante próximo, o que torna obrigatória fazer a refeição do almoço no reataurante a la carte do hotel. Os pratos e petiscos do hotel são demorados ( mesmo com hotel com baixa ocupação) e pequenos, mas possuem custo elevado pelo que ofertam. O hotel deveria pensar em mudar o seu serviço para pensão completa obrigatória.

Experiência incrível, voltarei com certeza. Desde o momento em que cheguei ao Hotel já fui recebida com uma água de coco gelada, funcionários muito gentis, comida boa, programação legal e muitas atividades disponíveis. Não vejo a hora de retornar. Sugestão: mais atividades para adultos, por exemplo vôlei ou bt.

Transtorno referente a valor que desapareceu
Funcionarios da recepcao e restaurante muito simpaticos. Contudo, infelizmente, meu marido deixou a carteira dentro de uma mochila e qdo fomos embora, faltava 40 reias ma carteira. Nao fizemos nenhuma reclamacao porque entendemos que itens de valor deveriam ficar guardados no cofre, contudo, jamais imaginavamos que iriam mexer dentro de uma mochila
