"With a vineyard and garden in the backyard this house is perfect. We were able to watch restoration of the lighthouse across the street and had a wonderful view of Lake Erie. The house is also perfectly located for quick day trips to Buffalo, Niagara, and Chautauqua. "

"I spent 3 October nights with my family including two kids, age 11 and 14. The leaves were beautiful and it was a very peaceful stay. We ate most meals in the house which had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable. Great access to the lake where we were able to enjoy the northern lights. Cute enclosed porch where I could enjoy my morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Would definitely stay again. "

The house was so well equipped with anything or everything you could want or need. Beautiful sunsets down at the dock. Went to fall festival and visited Johnson winery. "Liked the location on the lake. Easy to visit the other towns. Steps to the 2nd floor were a little steep for 3 70+ year olds but we managed. Owners were very accommodating and timely communication."

"The barn is a very nice basic stay spot. The place is cozy, the kitchen amenities are generous, and the bedroom very comfortable. Our stay was in winter, but I am sure the porch area would be a nice hangout in warm weather. The owners were very helpful when the place got a bit cold, raising the temperature remotely. You’re not very close to the lake or the town at this property, but you will enjoy the peace and quiet if that’s what you’re looking for. "
