Their genuine care and dedication to their guests truly stood out. The room was spotless, cozy, and exactly what I needed to recharge. It’s clear this family takes great pride in their business and treats their guests like extended family. If you’re ever in the area, I can’t recommend the Colonial Motel enough. The staff is always super polite & helpful. Plenty of dining/shopping options nearby. SUNY Fredonia is an easy short drive up Central Ave. "

"What a gem! I typically stick with one of the big hotel chains but decided to give this a try based on reviews. Sooo glad I did. Charming place, fantastic rooms (dining table and a desk in addition to the two beds!), no stairs, parking right outside your room, clean and overall a win!"

"Lovely spot for fishing and local recreation. Near creek shoreline recently restored and stabilized with tree plantings which is ideal for trout fishing. House has everything you’d want for modern cabin. Come and you’ll want to return again. "
