"Very nice property "

"David was great! Had a wonderful time! Always wanted to see a frozen Lake Erie. It didn't disappoint. When we first entered the cottage we were in awe. So woodsy, clean, not cluttered. Close to restaurants and shops. Close to the highway. Easy to get in and out. Make sure you follow David's directions. Chautauqua Creek fed into Lake Erie beside us and was amazing. A little disappointed some restaurants were closed for the winter but understand. Great long weekend! Will be back!!!"

"Ethan’s place truly lived up to the expectations created by the listing. Except the food and drink, everything you need for a stay of any duration is provided to make it as enjoyable as possible.Our only concern during the visit was caused by the design of the second floor. While the first floor is heated by modern thin-finned radiator baseboards, the upstairs uses a forced air system. The unit is in the space directly behind the wall of the king bed in the master bedroom. If anyone is a light sleeper, and you are visiting when the temperature might call for heat, comfortable earplugs are suggested.Cold and wind prevented us from spending as much time outdoors as my wife and I usually do, but the great area wineries and eateries were comfortable spaces to spend time indoors. If the house is available next time, we definitely intend to stay here when return to North East in the future. We highly recommend it for your consideration."

"After reading the other reviews, we booked this cottage and boy did it deliver! Amazing views, a hammock, firepit, and a perfect sun porch for reading, that we will return to enjoy in warmer weather. Inside, everything has been thought of and we wanted for nothing. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog, as well. Julie was attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. You will not be disappointed so book it already!pup"
