This year I was a little surprised that they were under massive construction and wasn’t noted before I arrived but excited to see the new upgrades. Their customer service is better than any 5 star hotel I’ve stayed at. It snowed (like it always does in Syracuse) and when I went out to my truck I realized my truck windows were cleaned off, then I looked around the parking lot and saw they did everyone’s. Top notch!! Very appreciated "
