"Pleased they offered Pet Friendly rooms. The rooms were not accessible from the outside and being on the 3rd floor indoors was a bit of a hassle for potty breaks, but overall it worked out. The facility lacked atmosphere. Room was just the basics and felt unwelcoming. Artwork would be nice, and the painting of walls throughout facility needed more professionalism.
