I decided to book a room at the Super 8 / Port Arthur after losing power in Houston. Check in wasn't an issue and I was in my room in no time. Plenty of restaurants within driving/walking distance. The only complaint with the property was that the walls were thin and other guest got a little loud after sundown.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. Staff friendly and welcoming. I'll be stay there again soon.
