"The location is too loud to have tents with cloth walls. It’s near streets with bars and a lot of people driving around in loud pickup trucks. There are supposed to be quiet hours after 11 pm but people were not observing them. The bathrooms were cheaply made, in only fair condition and not super clean. It’s ok if you want to rough it but not worth the money. "

"Check in was very easy and the beach location for the Sandfest was the best! We enjoyed our stay, however too short to enjoy the pool and property fully. The condo was very cute and sufficiently stocked. "
