"Really enjoyed the stay here. Staff were great, comfortable beds, safe area with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Only a short cab to the main plaza. They stored our bags for the 4 day trek we did and everything was safe, including my friends insulin which they kept in the fridge for us. A little noise because of the airport being so close. "

Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...
