"It is a lovely hotel and was decorated really nicely for the festive season. We didn’t eat here but the bar area was very relaxed and dog friendly. The staff were very courteous and professional. The views from the hotel are wonderful. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. "

"The room smelt of old cigarette smoke, and was very cold. There were stains on the beds, and the spare pillows were discoloured and yellow. When I came to leave in the morning, I tried to get into the pub section for the breakfast which I had paid for, and to check out, but it was closed. This was at 8am in the morning. I would not stay here every again, nor recommend it to anyone"
