"The room and inside of the hotel were fab. It was very comfortable and clean. Don’t be put off by a dated exterior. The inside is lovely, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was good quality - no complaints. The park and ride is right next door for an easy trip into Chester. We had a happy stay. "

"We stayed here as a family of 5 & the room was perfect for us. It’s very difficult to find hotels that can cater to a family of 5. The facilities were great & lots of added extras in the room. The restaurants are lovely & had a good selection of drinks & meal options. They are also beautifully decorated with added class. We only used the swimming pool once, as was a little small considering the size of the hotel. However, there are also lots of spa options if you fancy a treat. Overall we would stay again. "

"I arrived later than I had planned and was very cold as I was on my motorbike on my way to the Dragon Rally. When I arrived in my room, the heating was on and the room was lovely and warm. It really made a difference and was much appreciated. Usually when I arrive at a hotel, the heating is off. Lovely staff, great location and excellent value for money. "
