"Very clean and staff helpful and friendly "

"The standard of service at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel was second to none. Well placed for both the Jewish Quarter and Old Town we had a super stay and thoroughly enjoyed Krakow. Train from the airport to Grzegorzki Station costs PL20 (payable on platform or on train) and steps from the platform lead more or less to the front door of the hotel (we didn’t experience any noise from the tailor tram line during our stay). The same station takes you directly to the Salt Mines and Oswiecim for Aushchwitz The ease of chess allowed us to book tickets directly with both and save €’s Fab Fusion Restaurant provided a superb breakfast and also happy hour 4-6pm every day and has a super quality menu. Rooms were big, clean and warm. Housekeeping superb and thorough and the hotel provide super complimentary toiletries including conditioner and body lotion (bonus when travelling with hand luggage!) Would definitely stay here again"

"The JP II airport is just across the street from the hotel. It is perfect for an overnight stay if your flight leaves very early in the morning. The train station is less than 5 min away walking where you can take the train to Krakow Main Station and Wieliczka Salt Mines. The hotel has a nice restaurant. "

"Everybody is just so friendly and helpful. My flight was canceled so I came back to where I stayed! The rooms are so comfortable and nice. Would stay again when I’m back in Krakow. "

"Excellent stay. Many prefer to stay in Old Town but we found this hotel's location to be even better: being right outside (across the boulevard and a small park) from Old Town, it's about a 5-minute walk from both the main train station and the old town which worked great for us. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast options were a lot. Only drawback is that you can't call an Uber to the hotel but to a nearby pickup spot (taxis do come to the hotel though) and that there's a pedestrian underpass to cross the street to the train station. Generally not an issue but can be if you have mobility issues and need to minimize walking or elevator to the underpass is down. "
