"Unfortunately the house has seen better times, the flooring is in a bad state of of repair, sockets hanging of the walls and what looks like telephone cables loose and not connected, luckily we did not have young children with us otherwise I would have said unsafe. "Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. Was able to retrieve quickly my online check-in and my two separate reservations for consecutive days. Visible improvements under the new management, with small but valuable ideas and consistency. Anniversary

"The foreign receptionist went above and beyond to help with our luggage, as my wife has mobility issues and it was too much for him and he was not feeling well. We stayed in our bedroom because my husband became quite ill ie gastric flu. We made the best of a not so pleasant time on our 34th wedding anniversary. Room service was wonderful."

"Beginning to show it's age in some areas such as the carpet on the bridge leading up to the hotel entrance. Otherwise exceptional hotel. The best airport hotel for guests who are accustomed to best accommodations. We have stayed at this hotel more than 10 years during our travels and never been disappointed. "

"Front desk staff was amazing Philipino heritage lady (sorry can’t remember her name) really went above and beyond- really good place to stay. If you are ok with kids staying at your hotel- there were many around at the time but they didn’t affect the quality of my stay "

"Excellent staff - attentive £22 for a 3 course unlimited buffet- kids under 5 free - food excellent quality and hot! Pool big and clean Grounds well kept Some areas needed a lick of paint Plenty of loo roll! Great for kids - although the restaurant was very busy and noisy (fine for us as we have kids!)"
