"The property was somewhat quirky, but in the ideal location to stay over while visiting the area for motocross. The owners were friendly and welcoming on arrival and at breakfast. One of the only things I can really pick a fault with is there was a really strong stale smoke smell in the bathroom which did hit you when opening the bathroom door, so could do with a freshen up and maybe an air freshener in there. "The room is clean and comfortable. Room is big for single room. Table and chair available which is good. Lovely view of pretty garden. Summertime will be best as there are many rose bushes. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. "

"Well heating in my room did not work. The room was a bit chilly late at night. And the water was not hot enough. It would be nice to have a few more plugs in the room for charger and laptop. I only saw 2 one for the light and 1 for the kettle"

"Was meant to be a king bed but was a very small single. Poor soundproofing so hard to sleep as other residents were still up. Owner was helpful in the lead up to check in. Did the job but somewhat disappointing. "

"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it.
