No tea or coffee making facilities in the room - kettle available from reception, but you need to pay a deposit. Same for pool towels. Good restaurants within walking distance and easily accessible to airport/palma town. "

"I am just back from 5 nights in your hotel and have had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A few things I would like to note is that it should be mentioned at reception when checking in that you must book your spa time as we were not told this and we thought we could go whenever. Our room also smelled very musty when we arrived which lasted for two days before we aired it...

A clean hotel and the staff really are the people that make this hotel - every single person we encountered just wanted to look after us and were always cheery and happy.
