"A lovely hotel with super rooms, clean and fresh smelling areas. Staff were helpful and friendly. The food was nice, good choice and tasty. It could have been a touch warmer but there was a microwave so you can heat it up. The evening entertainment was nice and the use of the spa, indoor pool and how close it was to the beach. The only downside was that the lovely big pool was freezing cold! "

Bus stop 2 mins walk away, takes 20 mins to get into Palma. Hotel very clean, decent evening entertainment, great view of the beach from the pool bar."

At first, the staff member had a difficult time finding my reservation and there was some confusion regarding the name it was booked under.
