"Herrlich ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten in Alcudia. Das Haus ist schön gelegen, hat wunderbar bequeme Betten und eine tolle Terrasse. Ausgesprochen gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass wir endlich ein Ferienhaus hatten, das reichlich mit Geschirr ausgestattet war. Einziger Minuspunkt für uns, die viel selbst kochen: ein neuer kleiner Topf und ein Messer, das richtig gut schneidet, wären perfekt (aber das ist nun wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau und hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht...

"Great little villa a 5 minute walk from the beach and tons of restaurants. The pool was amazing too. There is construction on the week days next door but it didn't bother us too much. It's on top of a steep hill but worth the climb! A great deal."

"The villa is spectacular as in the pictures. Beautiful outdoor area marred only by the mosquitoes! The pool was clean and despite one heating pump malfunction stayed at a nice 29 degrees throughout. Xisco, the owner, lives in the villa next door and was very quick in every instance when asked for anything or when reporting any problems. In short we had a lovely holiday in beautiful surroundings. "Casa grande, muy bien situada con tres camas al lado: Cala en Blanes, Cala en Blanes rocosa y Cala en Brut. Con todos los servicios necesarios a cinco minutos. Piscina y habitaciones confortables. Menaje muy adecuado. En nuestra opinión se tendrían que renovar las tumbonas del jardín.Todo lo demás perdecto"

"Beautiful comfortable house in the town of Son Serra de Marina. Pool was great and the whole family enjoyed the outdoor living. We all commented how relaxing and calm it was there but you’re still in a town with facilities that were good with the supermarket and a few restaurants in walking distance."

"We had a wonderful time staying here. The back yard is very private with a beautiful pool and lots of areas to relax. The kitchen is well supplied with just about everything you need. We did most of our cooking at the house since it is not close to a town to get dinner out. We went to beaches that were nice they were about 20 -30 minutes away, lots of people. There was a momma cat & daddy that shared their 3 babies with us that we enjoyed. We would stay here again."

"The property was very clean and very well equipped. Communication with the host was very good. It was a short walk - 10-15mins - to both beaches, albeit the walks were a little difficult for my parents due to the stairs. Cala Mendia itself is a very quiet resort but it had enough restaurants for our needs. I would recommend the local shops for essentials only as they are very expensive. We took the bus to Porto Cristo and did our shopping there. A taxi was about 10-15euros back. Overall we had...

"annonce conforme à la location, petites précisions: en retrait dans une petite impasse non loin des commerces et de la grande plage de Patja de Muro belle maison terrasse agréable il manque un peu de vaisselle (pour 6) un chauffe eau pour tous le monde (limite pour 3) un lave vaisselle entrée/sortie de la location sans avoir vu quelqu'un (ni proporiétaire ou agence gérant la location !) attention aux moutiques agréssifs et aux avions la nuit ;-)"
