"Very convenient location with all the conveniences of staying in a hotel or resort while also having all of the comforts of staying in a home. The building itself was a little on the older side but was well maintained and our unit was fully renovated and felt modern and luxurious. We will definitely be keeping this property in mind for future get togethers."

"Property had construction work in progress which unfortunately affected the visual appearance of the environment. We were not made aware of this construction prior to booking or arriving. Wasn’t awful just noisy and inconvenient with access in and out of the building. The location was great, easy walk to the beach. Apartment was well represented re rooms and plenty of space. "This is 3rd stay here. Prop Mgr always responsive, location close to Lauderdale by the Sea yet away from the commotion of Lauderdale Beach is perfect.. love having the Bamboo Tiki Bar beachside and restauarnt right here and the Italian restaurant inside is wonderful."

"Great property right in front of the beach. I’ve had problems in the past with owners not being transparent with fees, etc. but this stay was different. The daily parking/valet fee was upfront and I didn’t run into any other random hidden fees.This location is just close enough to walk towards the busy party scene on las olas, but also far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet on the beach front. Highly recommend!"

"I traveled to Hollywood, FL for a business trip and stayed at this condo at the Tides. I had stayed at the Tides before and knew the location is fantastic.The VIP check in option was a pleasant upgrade from previous stays at the Tides. The communication from the owner and caretaker was very prompt and helpful. I would encourage anyone looking for a place with an amazing view that is situated right on the beach to rent this unit.
