"This hotel was within reasonably close distance to the Lakeland Linder airport where the annual Sun-n-Fun convention is held, which I was attending. The room was remarkably clean relative to what I was expecting for the price and the interior had obviously been refurbished not too long ago. The clientele is a little loud and there seemed to be a lot of traveling work crews staying there, so it was not a family-vacation type of crowd."

"I stayed for a night with my wife, The staff were very nice, they told us that the motel was opened 2 month ago Under new management, and everything was remodeled, No wonders everything was nice and clean.
