"Ideally located if you want to climb up the Florence Dome in the early morning. It is only two minutes away from the entrance gate. The staff was very kind and helpful. I heartily recommend you this guest house. Just keep in mind that they do not have an elevator (a lift). So you need to go up the stairs before getting to the front desk. "

"What an excellent stay. The palazzo was the highlight of my trip. The hotel is beautiful old world Italian classic but chic style. Each room is beautifully decorated. I was in the blue room. The dining room always has snacks, and water, along with the living room areas. The service was impeccable. Morning breakfast tailored to your needs.The location is on point, smack in the middle of town."

"Walking distance from all shops and main city attractions. Very safe. You can hear all the noise from people going in and out since it’s an old structure but very secure and easy to get to everywhere within walking distance. Nice RR and great AC. "

"Artemide Guest House is more of a completely remote hotel. We didn’t see any staff besides housekeeping and you’re given all the instructions to check-in on WhatsApp the day before. You’ll pay for the city tax remotely before your stay. They have daily housekeeping, but charge you 1 Euro per towel if you change it daily. We just kept the “Please do not disturb” sign on our door for the duration of our stay since we didn’t need anything. No elevator here so you’ll have to carry your luggage up 2...

"Loved the room, loved the location. Directly across from Pitti Palace and within walking distance to many great sites. A quick five minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. We had a 2 bdrm/2 bath suite which was huge and having two bathrooms was great. Didn’t have much contact with reception but enjoyed our stayed. Shopping and restaurants all around. Would stay again."

"The hostess at this hotel was the best! She was so helpful and kind. The room was quaint and had a wood ceiling and wood beam, which gave it lots of character. We had a private bathroom that was down 5 steps which was a little tricky to use. It was an older bathroom and had a few small issues. The hotel was about 5-10 minute walk from the train station which made it really convenient for dropping off our luggage before exploring Florence. Our hostess provided a delicious breakfast for us."

"Check in was a puzzle!! I felt safe afterwards because there were so many steps, phone call, text, locks and keys. You will be safe during a riot or zombie apocalypse. No one can get in. There is no staff. There is no services. It would be considered a luxury if there was staff and services. "We had such a wonderful stay here. A gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location, easy to walk to all the main attractions. The staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The best part is the style of the hotel, it is absolutely gorgeous and mixes traditional upmarket Florence with homey. We will absolutely be coming back next time we’re in Florence. I will be recommending to friends and family coming to Florence. "

"My mom and I loved our stay at the Palazzo Mannaioni in Florence. Roberto made us feel safe the minute we entered the Mannaioni and was very knowledgable of the area and accommodated anything we needed. The suites were in a great location, and the place was pristine. "

Paris Hotel in central Florence

"The hotel was beautiful! The staff upon arriving were friendly and eager to help. The car parking was easy. Once you pull up they help with the luggage, you hand them your keys and they will park it for you. When leaving you tell them 30 minutes before and they will have the car out front ready for you. The all day tea and coffee is a nice accommodation. "

Couldn't ask for a better location

"Bernini Palace is an impeccably appointed hotel located two minutes from the Piazza del Signoria and the Bargello. In the nearby square are several cafes and on side streets nearby there some excellent restaurants. The hotel's staff is very helpful and always there to assist you. The breakfast room is stunning. I have only one negative: we booked a "classic room," the least expensive room in the hotel. For a five-star hotel, the room was small, not what you would expect in a hotel of this class. But, this did not take away from our experience, and the hotel is highly recommended."
