"The property is convenient for visiting Pisa city centre and the tower. The staff at the property were very friendly. The property was clean and so was the pool and pool area. The pool is great, although it does close at 7pm which is typical for Italy, although if you’ve been visiting the city during the day, longer pool opening would be advantageous. The problem with this place is that there’s literally nothing there, there’s a restaurant in the evenings, which I have to say is brilliant....

"nobody in reception when we arrived - we also needed to check out early and were told that there was nobody in reception at that time either. I had to arrange for my sister to go to the hotel the day after in the afternoon and pay for me, as they even had problems with my credit card. I will NEVER go to this hotel again."
