"The staff were very nice. The room was pretty spacious. I didn’t like how thin the walls are. You can hear door slamming loudly in the morning. There is no atm in the hotel, even though the hotel website stated it does. I requested for a few amenities, but never received. Generally speaking, the hotel will leave a bag by the door even I was not around but they didn’t do that. "

"Superb location. Got Pisamover train from airport which took 5 mins to get to the main train station Pisa Centrale. Hotel is opposite the main train station and a couple of minutes walk to shopping, restaurants and bars. So glad I chose the NH Pisa. Had a day in Florence which was 52 mins by direct train €16 each return. "
