The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and my wife received a cake and bubbly for her birthday. Although the bed was a bit too hard, the room was lovely. "

"The stay was great. Nice room, comfy bed. Would stay here again. Rooms are small but efficient. If you travel heavy - large suitcases - you will have issues. But that’s on you. The hotel is new, quiet, and well situated. The tube and Victoria Station are near by. "
