"We are frequent visitors to the island and this was our first time to stay with Hugo’s. The property was amazing! Everything was super clean and welcoming. Our unit was the studio on the top floor so it was a bit of a trek up all the stairs with our luggage, but well worth it once we settled in! Everything was very quiet - no noise even being next to the plaza and multiple shops and restaurants. The property was very prompt and responsive with check in detail and answering a few questions for us. The location is wonderful especially if you are being dropped off by uber or taxi. Walkability in OSJ is fantastic. We enjoyed it so much we changed our August accommodations to here! Thank you again! "

"Such a great hotel! Very nice and original. Loved the welcome tent at check in and the roof top pool. We had a $35 credit for the restaurant each day. It was lovely! Only suggestion is more people working the front desk."
