"Great location and super friendly staff in the pool area and the front desk. The Solera restaurant was hit or miss for both the staff/service and the food. It was overpriced and the staff was slow even when they weren’t busy. But there are more than enough local restaurants within walking distance on Ashford to grab a bite, so after a poor experience at Solera on Day 1, we just ate elsewhere and it was great. The location of La Concha is excellent and extremely walkable, we’d definitely stay...

"This property was great! Customer service was 10/10. Access to almost everything nearby was less than 10 min. Being as though this property was so close Ubers were only $4-13. Isla verde Beach was a 1 min walk away, you could see the beach from the balcony. Anything as far as request with the property were taken seriously and handled very quickly.
