"Very disappointed! No contact was made from property with any check in information! I had to call and they said there had been triple booking and weren't sure what there next move was! An hour later they called back to say it had been sorted and they would send through check in details, waited another hour before getting in contact with then again to see why they hadn't sent through, still no replies until 11pm after we had already had to make other arrangements for the night! Very big let down...

"Fantastic place in town, walking distance to the eateries on the viaduct. We had three people stay so needed an extra bed, the one provided didn't appear very good quality, safe or comfortable as hoped so we ended up going to get an extra mattress and basic bedding. "

"The premises served me well during a weeklong stay; it is close to where I grew up 60 years ago; it was a weeklong stay. It is spacious, well equipped and quiet. Is on a bus route; has off-street parking. The private yard is shared with the hosts, who were infrequestly in it. When called upon Mildred and Roy were very helpful."
