"We enjoyed our stay at this DoubleTree for our first time in Manchester! Perfect spot as it was close to the AO arena where we planned to go. Front desk gentlemen were very attentive and helpful when we checked in at night and when we asked for supplies. One elevator available at this time but we didn't mind as room was not too high for stairs when needed Exceptional guest service during our three night stay (a priority I consider when choosing hotels). If you want to be close to Piccadilly station, the coach station, and the shops/food variety in Piccadilly, this is a great choice! Great stay!"
