Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. It was our sons birthday and they made him feel very special. Excellent location for Piccadilly station and just a few minutes walk from shopping. Nice bar downstairs.

Lovely room. Great view on 10th floor. Nice complimentary snacks. Very clean. Great buffet breakfast in very stylish and cool surroundings/interior. Helpful, friendly & accomodating staff. Everything was good apart from one lift not working so we had to wait a long time to get the lift or tske the stairs. Also the beds and pillows were very soft and not comfortable. All 3 of us had difficulty getting comfortable and so had terrible nights sleep

Check in and check out was painful, I was charged separately for the room, deposit, city tax, parking etc, they processed about six separate payments when they could have taken one, the whole process took way longer than it needed to. I asked for toothpaste in the middle of the night and they said they were busy and needed me to go down to reception for it, when only moments ago they had no problem taking an order to my room…
