The hotel in the centre of Manchester Piccadilly and almost everything is nearby. The hotel amenities requires update. The floor is wooden and make a lot of noise especially during the night which might be annoying to your neighbours while sleeping. Staff during check-in was not happy and not welcoming however the lady was in reception during checkout was friendly and nice.

I couldn't sleep at all because the voices in the hallway echoed through the bathroom-like sound. If there's no soundproofing, there should be a notice asking guests to keep quiet at night and avoid speaking loudly, for the sake of other guests.

Hotel is ideal for visiting Manchester, near Manchester Piccadilly Station. Needs updating reflected in the price but doesn't spoil your stay.
