"High end hotel with all the facilities you could wish for. The gardens & fountains are immaculately kept. Many quality restaurants with a huge selection of world cuisines available at your finger tips. We had a luxury ground floor room with a private pool & gardens sweeping onto the beach. I would think no room would disappoint as everything is superb. Needless to say the staff were exceptional, going above & beyond. I cannot fault my stay there."

"I was concerned after reading some of the reviews. I have found, but stayed here for 10 days on a retreat and the staff, food and facilities were first class. The front desk and all the staff were smiling, pleasant and incredibly helpful. This resort is a refuge surrounded by beautiful forest, exquisite, landscaping, and the river. "Beautiful hotel and property. This has been the nicest hotel we have stayed at on the trip to Vietnam. It is not inexpensive like many others but the reason is that it is truly a 5 star hotel. The bed and sheets/linens were superb. It was the most comfortable bed I have slept in since arriving. Spend the extra and get the spa services. The massage therapists were exceptional. We got daily massages and loved it. We also used the sauna and steam room to my delight. The staff were exceptional as well"

"I grew up in this city in the 60s, my grandpa would take me on his Vespa around town, when we passed the Morin I was so in awe of the sight, fast forward 60 years later here I was staying at this hotel for 4 days. The experience was beyond my expectations from the room, hotel courtyard/garden/restaurant, the foods were amazing and the bonus was the staff A , everyone went out of their ways to make my stay memorable, for sure I will stay here again. "
