"We had a warm welcome when we arrived. Help with our suitcases and taken to our beautiful room in this beautiful hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they are very attentive and kind. Fabulous swimming pool, albeit very cold:). We used the spa for a voyagers , 2hr 15 min of fabulousness. Use of the sauna and steam room then a foot massage was just incredible, included reflexology, brilliant back next and shoulder. Definitely recommend this to anyone. It is a magnificent hotel, I would 100% recommend, my favourite so far in Vietnam. We ate in the hotel restaurant two evenings, lovely food. The breakfast is second to none, so much choice. "

"Love this swanky hotel. It’s a high rise so you get amazing views from your room and the bar in the 34th floor. Go to happy hour—you won’t regret it. There m was quite large and well Appointed and the breakfast was spectacular. "

"We had a wonderful 3 day stay. Room and hotel were clean. Service was great. Staff very accommodating. Included breakfast VERY extensive. We played pool (dated but adequate table). Outdoor jacuzzi not operational but we did enjoy a sauna, steam bath, and wonderful full body massages at the spa. Big hotel not our vibe but this one was very good."

"Staff was friendly and attentive. Hotel room was clean and spacious. I booked the Classic Triple Room, which has a sitting area as well as a nook for the twin bed with its own temperature control. Loved the breakfast buffet with wide selection of Hue specialties along with Asian and western options. I didn’t take advantage of the pool but it was big and looked clean. "
