"Beautiful property in remote location "

"High end hotel with all the facilities you could wish for. The gardens & fountains are immaculately kept. Many quality restaurants with a huge selection of world cuisines available at your finger tips. We had a luxury ground floor room with a private pool & gardens sweeping onto the beach. I would think no room would disappoint as everything is superb. Needless to say the staff were exceptional, going above & beyond. I cannot fault my stay there."

"It is a prime location: nice quiet beach, breakfast right on the beach with stunning view, receptionists outstanding, restaurant staffs a bit reserved perhaps due to their English, breakfast food is good and suitable for long stays. One receptionist let me use her phone to call Canada. Supposedly there are lizards making cracking noise in the walls. Overall a nice hotel."

"It was so tranquil and pleasant. The city wasn’t too far away, but I never wanted to leave. The staff is great, from reception, to housekeeping, to dining, and to spa. Great experience here staying at this luxurious resort for a bargain of a price!"

"A diamond in the rough. An unexpected oasis in the middle of the city. The staff was beyond accommodating and the ambience was serene. A great getaway within the city and a perfect location for a romantic surprise. The onsen is a relaxing offering, as well as the in-room steam room. The morning buffet was plentiful and satiating. Definitely keeping this high on the list for future stays. "

"Unbelievable stay! The grounds our impeccable, the landscaping, the proximity to basically a private beach. Lisa was our personal assistant was the most attentive and extremely helpful. There was nothing that we could not get assistance with at anytime. Our villa was incredible. Sysyed in room 214 with direct access to the beach and private pool. I would recommend staying here. "

"Hotel was far from the main city, so a lot of the tours do not pick up. We booked the Bana Hills tour from the hotel and had to pay extra for pick up. We had to get Grab to go into town, which was fine because it was cheap. We booked the Grand Suite and it was magnificent. Loved the ocean view and wrap around balcony to the city view. Our room had both views. The staff is very nice always willing to help if needed. Breakfast buffet was huge, from Asian to western choices. You won't be...

"Location Great, many restaurants, massage places, shopping within 2-5 minutes walk. Great river view from room. Very friendly, helpful staff. Particularly Nhu, she recommended and booked excellent hue city tour, fixed TV and refrigerator problems and booked train tickets. Room was quiet, bed comfortable air-condition worked well. No major bathroom issues. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely consider to stay in future. "
