"Great location! Easy to walk to many landmarks and lots of good food around. The room wasn’t as clean as I would have expected when I checked in, but I told you staff and they remedied this right away! Unfortunately, the hot tub on the roof did not look like it had been cleaned or used in a long time, which was disappointing, but overall it was good value for solo traveler. "

"The staff were brilliant, kind, polite and helpful. The beds were very hard and the bathrooms need upgrading as well as the air conditioning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and found it strange that the tv was in front of the beds and not in the seating area. There were not enough plug sockets either. They also need to stop the chinese visitors from smoking in their rooms as this came through our air conditioning unit which was annoying as we don't smoke and it is supposed to be a no smoking...

"Rooms are a little tired and bed was hard (however seems normal for SE Asia). Room was clean. But the pool area and common areas were lovely, staff were very helpful. Hotel was clean and quiet. Good value for money overall so would stay again "
