"The rooms are not you expect and i wont recomend anyone to stay. The breakfast was the worst i have i my life and the facility was really in bad shape. The location was very far from city centre and be prepare to spemd in USA dollar whenever you go even for tok tok. Be aware of fake currency US notes which are everywhere. I was told new Hotel are on construction at Riveraide hopefully in my next visit hopefully can feel all new"

"We booked this hotel for its position in the city and its amenities. It is located in a very favourable part of the city - easy access to many of the interesting sites. Very busy corner location but actually quiet inside the hotel. Very friendly welcome on arrival - staff are lovely. Room (on the 4th floor) was large and airy and had a huge bed. Everything worked to begin with - good cable TV (including many channels in English), quick wi-fi, hot powerful shower. TV went off second day but was...

"Nice big room. Kind of spare, but very clean. The hotel is only about a block away from Central Market, which is great. Noise really wasn’t an issue. I thought it might be given relative proximity to nightlife, but the hotel is on the very western edge of the bars etc., far enough away to not have an effect. The hotel staff are just great, and enjoyed the breakfast. If you’re just in town for a couple of nights and need a budget place, this hotel should do the trick."

"It is a nice well maintained modern hotel. Some staff issues - on checkin they could not trace my booking. After 10 minutes I was given a key but the room had not been made up. I waited a further 10 minutes and got another room. Took a shower went out but noticed air con not working when I returned. Engineer was useless. I moved room again and this time no problems. Nice room, breakfast is good. They may have lost regular / trained staff due to COVID!"
