I love the hotel it's really beautiful it's really custom to the average traveler. But the only thing that it really bother me from being a beautiful hotel is that bugs are in the building and bugs shouldn't be allowed especially when you're coming from a different country and having high expectations. When I wanted to go to the sky bar there was nobody there it says from 8:00 in the morning until 10:00 p.m. and I actually went there at 10:00 a.m. and there was nobody in the building. And at the same time it's very frustrating with the elevator so many people are using one elevator to go up and down. Sometimes when you press the button for your turn it skips you. "
