"This is an amazing hotel really looks beautiful. But there is a problem that I had you will see cockroaches. And also mosquitoes and also you have spider web all the way in the corner. I love the hotel it's really beautiful it's really custom to the average traveler. But the only thing that it really bother me from being a beautiful hotel is that bugs are in the building and bugs shouldn't be allowed especially when you're coming from a different country and having high expectations. Also the gym looks like the equipment has been burned out with the radiate of the Sun. When I wanted to go to the sky bar there was nobody there it says from 8:00 in the morning until 10:00 p.m. and I actually went there at 10:00 a.m. and there was nobody in the building. And at the same time it's very frustrating with the elevator so many people are using one elevator to go up and down. Sometimes when you press the button for your turn it skips you. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Palace Gate Hotel! Our suite was huge and comfortable, with great views. The common areas are lovely. The staff were all super nice and helpful in the hotel (less so in the restaurant for breakfast). Communication was excellent starting even before our arrival. We would skip the breakfast buffet next time though, since the staff couldn’t care enough to keep hot coffee available, and the supposedly warm food was usually cold. The food selection wasn’t great either. I hear the restaurant is good for dinner though, so it must be run by a different team in the evening."
