"Hotel is nice. Staff try their best. I think they just need a little more training. Had to ask to have our room cleaned but they immediately did it. A bit of a language barrier sometimes when ordering drinks and food. Overall our stay has been good."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Duong Chan Hotel. The hotel was beautiful and meticulously maintained, everything was new and modern. The staff could not have been more helpful throughout our stay, and they helped us arrange travel to our next stop of our trip. The hotel is located close to many major attractions and lots of great restaurants. The sky bar and pool were amazing! All in all highly recommend staying here."

"Very nice hotel! Clean. Beautiful rooftop restaurant. A 20 minute walk from the river and Royal Palace. The pool was nice and clean - but shaded. I didn’t look at that closely when I booked and was disappointed because I wanted to be in the sun. On the plus side, it was breezy up there, so very refreshing on a hot day. The staff was very friendly and friendly I had a really nice stay. "

The manager (Lai Ping) when out of her way, prepared everything for us before we even arrived to the country, she also booked our tours. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to go to Cambodia, price is also very reasonable."

" Good standard of room - any small issues (ie. problem with a light and the shower) were quickly and efficiently sorted out. Spacious, clean and well furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great air-conditioning! Staff were very professional and helpful."

"Room I got was on lower floor (6th floor coner room), so noise was loud up to midnight and billboard lights from other building was too bright at night. However, breakfast was very deliciouse with daily change of menu, and fruits were very fresh and so sweet. camboian and vietnamies dishes were awesome."

Lovely hotel

"We stayed here for 4 nights and had a studio room. This wasn’t our first time in the city so we didn’t do the normal touristy things. Rather we were here to spend time with a charity and the down time we had was going to be spent by the pool. The hotel was a little oasis, so quiet and peaceful on the inside despite the noise and bustle outside. It’s a lovely layout, and sitting around the pool at breakfast was very relaxing. Breakfast itself was lovely, and the noodle soup superb, the best in all the hotels we visited elsewhere. Our room was comfortable and spacious, I believe from the photos we should have had a double sink but we only had a single, which did make things a little crammed but it was no big deal. The only issue was sometimes getting a bed by the pool, on 2 occasions in the afternoon there was nothing available so we had to pound the streets. On the day we intended to spend at the pool it was a bit more quiet so perhaps it’s just one of those things. But there didn’t seem to be any scope for sitting elsewhere if all beds were taken. A minor point but important if you want to spend time at the pool. We would definitely consider booking here again if we come back to PP."

"Nice hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Room was very good. I liked the rooftop area with bar and very nice pool. Good location. It's very close to the red light district which has loads of bars and restaurants - not all are sleazy! Try Juniper Hotel bar on the 12th floor. Great views. It's on Street 130 (one street from Sun & Moon). Quay area is nice and Royal Palace is walkable."
