"We highly recommend this hotel to whoever visit Phnom Penh Cambodia. Here's why: we checked in on Nov 7th 2024 & immediately were politely greeted by all the staff at the front desk. Linda, the front desk manager were wonderful. She explained about our rooms, which were connected with our elder parent on the first floor (which is 2nd floor in the US), the cost breakdown she received via Expedia, the cost of breakfast, which one room was not included when I booked. We then offered a welcome drink...

"Stayed at this basic hotel for three nights. Spacious room. Could do with a repaint. Nice breakfast in courtyard cooked to order. Good location near river and Royal Palace. A good price. They had their own tuk tuk driver (Un) who was very nice and trustworthy. We hired him to take us to The Killing Fields and Genocide Museum and we waited for us and charged us for the round-trip. Would recommend doing that."

"I booked this hotel for 7 days but cancelled the last 5 because I was so miserable. I only booked it bc it had a gym but I never even went to the gym being so unhappy with the room. The shower was disgusting and very worn down, I think the faucet was attached with tape and there was not even warm water- just cold. Now it has been 2.5 months and I am still waiting for the refund for my cancellation. Consider yourself warned. This was the WORST HOTELS.COM EXPERIENCE I have ever had. No not book...
