"Staff were very helpful, polite and efficient. Our room was very tired, crack in washbasin, top of tap missing. The beds were incredibly comfortable and beautiful clean bed linen. 4 of us stayed at The Nags Head and our friends room had been updated and was very smart. We did not eat at the pub, so can’t comment on meals. On the whole we had a very pleasant stay. "

"The room was very comfortable and homely. I was woken by a droning noise which on inspection was coming from either a boiler or air conditioning unit outside by the kitchen area. I put the tv on low to cover it and did go back to sleep. The check in was smooth and friendly. Unfortunately the heating wasn’t working but the site manager came over and discovered that the boiler wasn’t working so there was no hot water or heating. I was offered another room but I had already unpacked and it was late...
